Burnley v Tottenham Hotspur - Over 2 goals (4/5)
AFC Wimbledon v Liverpool - Liverpool -2 (8/5)
William Hill are the bookmaker of choice for the accumulator because they are offering best odds about all four selections, the reasoning for which is as follows:
Cordoba and Granada is not the most mouthwatering Monday night clash in La Liga history. The teams who both sit in the relegation zone are really struggling this term and neither have won in their last four matches, making this a vital six-pointer clash.
The main reason for their poor form has been a lack of cohesion in attack. With 17 games on the board, these two teams have managed just 21 goals between them (10 for Granada and 11 for Cordoba) and as such it comes as no surprise to see the duo in the relegation zone and at odds of just 8/13 to be a no on both teams to score.
Lazio and Sampdoria are two teams that have a lot in common in Serie A. Both famous clubs with plenty of history, they'll both feel they could be performing slightly better in the Italian top tier over recent years, although the light blue men from the capital are looking the better side of the two so far this season.
Sitting in 3rd place and having the home advantage in this game, we have to back the home team at the Stadio Olimpico. Stefano Pioli's boys have not lost in their last five outings and although Sampdoria will be no pushovers, we're definitely on odds of 4/5 for the home win in this fixture.
This is a game that definitely has goals in it. Tottenham have been banging them in for fun recently, smashing five past Premier League leaders Chelsea last week. The likes of Harry Kane, Nacer Chadli and Christian Eriksen are beginning to find real goalscoring form.
But at the other end, Spurs have been conceding plenty too, rarely keeping a clean sheet all season. The likes of Danny Ings, George Boyd and Ashley Barnes will be happy with their goalscoring return for the Clarets so far this term and they'll be confident of finding the net at least once in this game too.
This game should involve plenty of goalmouth action. Wimbledon have adopted an attacking style of play this season which has been paying off in recent weeks with the strength of Matt Tubbs and Adebayo Akinfenwa proving too hot to handle for the majority of league two defences.
That said, the majority of the goals should come at the other end. The gulf in class between these two sides is quite an obvious one and as such, we have to predict that the Reds will come away from Kingsmeadow with a hefty victory to please their hardcore travelling fans.
