Aston Villa v West Ham United - Christian Benteke to score at any time
Aston Villa have been revived somewhat by the appointment of Tim Sherwood as manager. The former Tottenham Hotspur boss has galvanised the players in the squad and led them to some improved performances - none more so than Belgian striker Christian Benteke, who picked up the Player of the Month award on Friday.
There was always a belief at Villa Park that a return to form for Benteke would be the key to the club's survival this season. Now, given that the 24 year old has smashed in an incredible 10 goals in his last eight Premier League outings, we have to back him to find the net against a West Ham side that are winless in ten on the road.
Hull City v Burnley - Home win
Hull City are another team who are enjoying a late season spot of form as they attempt to haul themselves out of the relegation battle. Monday night's unfortunate home defeat to Arsenal was an undoubted setback for Steve Bruce's men, but they'll feel this home match against Burnley is the perfect opportunity to bounce back.
Sean Dyche's Clarets look all but doomed to relegation now and they've lost five and drawn one of their last six matches, failing to find the net in that time. The Tigers on the other hand have recently beat the likes of Liverpool and Crystal Palace, so they'll feel this game is more than winnable in front of their home fans.
Newcastle United v West Bromwich Albion - West Brom/Draw double chance
Newcastle United are a club in crisis at the minute. With coaching staff, players, owners and fans all turning against each other, the North-East outfit have slipped dangerously close to the relegation zone, as eight straight defeats leave John Carver's side just two points above the dreaded drop zone with three games left.
West Bromwich Albion are the latest team to make the trip to St James' Park and we expect another defeat for Carver's men. The Baggies have picked up seven points of the last nine available and if they can take three points from Old Trafford, they'll definitely feel capable of taking something from St James' given recent form.
Stoke City v Tottenham Hotspur - Both teams to score
Stoke City and Tottenham Hotspur are each being backed to score by us in this game but that's mainly because of their poor defensive records rather than attacking proficiencies. Spurs have the fifth worst defensive record in the whole division despite being in the top six, whereas Stoke City haven't kept a clean sheet in seven Premier League games.
That's not to say that both of these teams are without their strong attacking players. Mame Biram Diouf will lead the line for Mark Hughes' men with the likes of Charlie Adam and Jonathan Walters providing a goal threat from deeper, whereas the visitors have the deadly duo of Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen to trouble the Potters' goal.
